Sure, I have a couple. First a good thing to do is to just listen to what other drummers do and borrow some stuff from them. another thing that i really like doing is to just come up with a simple fill and tweak a little thing about it, then tweak it again and again untill you have a whole new fill (this works with beats too), you can change the drums used the rhythm, the dynamics any part of it.
